The purposes for which this corporation is organized are: To establish a foundation aimed at helping to improve the education process for the at-risk or vulnerable student; to help improve the marketability of unemployed, single parent homemaker/displaced worker, to assist Veterans in providing assistance to transition into civilian life, thereby improving their quality of life and future.
This corporation is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501 (C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future tax code.

Presently, additional volunteers are still needed to undergo training to assist veterans with their disability claims application
